Happy Thoughts Co hold a strict 24 - 48 hour cancellation policy.

A cancelled appointment delays work and mean that other clients miss out.  When you must cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice.  A cancelled session is rarely able to be filled unless you give at least 48 hours' notice in advance. If you are unable to provide at least 48 hours' notice when you cancel, you will be charged 50% of the total fee for your session.

If you give less than 24 hours notice without a justified reason, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

According to practice, exceptions to this rule cannot be made as no preferential treatment is given.
